That question isn't exactly coherent. I think you missed a word or something. So let me clarify.

Did you mean... ?
'Do you accept the Bible as a way to study ancient Jewish culture, or do you believe the Bible is completely historical fact, including all of the stories like Noah's flood?'

If this is what you meant, then I'll try to answer best as I can.
Yes to the first question, and yes and no to the second.

First, the Bible is undoubtedly a way to study the early Jewish and founding-Christian cultures. There is no doubt about this, even many historians would agree. It is a telling of their own history from their own perspective.... What better way to view a culture than from within?

As for the second... It takes a bit more explanation.
Yes, the Bible actually is historical fact. It is a Jewish book of their own history depicting events as they saw them. They were true events. But as I've pointed out... The Bible has some amount of error in it. It is not perfect. I think the belief that it is perfect is fundamentally flawed.

So how can the Bible be flawed, yet historical fact? Simple... because, like any history book, the Bible tells the history of the Jews in the way they understood it. As well, there have been so many translation errors which have carried over through Christianity that it borders on the ridiculous. Many errors are known and can be demonstrated utilizing the original texts, yet the only available translations were modeled by organizations which had political agendas for biasing translation. In other words... The translations are not perfect.

Noah's Flood, for example... It does not represent a 'Global Flood' as depicted by Christians. The Bible tells a story of an ancient flood of the Jewish homeland, and of one miraculous survivor who not only saved his family, but the animals from their homelands.

Historically, there most likely was indeed a 'Noah' of some type, and a great flood.... Was it a global flood? Absolutely not.
Is there evidence of a localized flood in that region? Most certainly, yes. There is a lot of evidence of this fact.

So the real question.... Were the events of Noah and the flood as told in the Bible factually true? The answer is honestly... Maybe!

Like any good history book, it does it's best to depict the events with the best knowledge available at the time. The Jews obviously knew of one survivor of an enormous flood who miraculously built a boat to avoid the floods and the rain.
Was he really directed by God to build the boat? We don't know.
Did the animals themselves walk into the boat? We don't know.
Did the rain literally and physically last for 40 days straight? We don't know.
Did all of the people from the Jewish homeland die except for Noah and his family, or were there other survivors? We don't know.
Was his name even really "Noah"? We don't know.

We don't know lots of stuff about whether the story is factually true.... but is it true to the best knowledge of the Jews, and even to the people of the world who have studied the evidence? Yes... Yes it is.
Does this mean there are no errors in the Bible? Absolutely not.

Long story short....
The Bible is intended to be a book of historical and cultural relevance to the Jewish (and Christian) people. It depicts historically factual events... but not in great detail or with much precision. It is not even intended to be a 100% factually correct book.

Nothing is perfect and anything intending to be so perfect will ultimately fail.

The Bible was intended to pass history and culture from one generation to the next, among the Jews. And with this goal it succeeds.
